Avv. Ali M. Warsame (PhD)

licensed lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in teaching Islamic Sharia and law. He is expert in Islamic financial system, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and administrative law. He holds PhD from SULTAN ABDUL HALIM UNIVERSITY, MALAYSIA.

Avv. Abdikarim Hassan Mohamed

licensed lawyer with over 7 years’ experience in lecturing law, Protection work, experience in handling litigation both criminal and civil law. He is qualified trainer in law. He holds LL.M (Hons), Loyola University Chicago, School of Law, United States.

Avv. Ali Ahmed Ali

experience in legal counseling. He has worked as legal advisor at different institutions. In addition, he is skilled legal drafter and translator. He holds LL.B from SIMAD UNIVERSITY. Currently, He is master student in public law at MOGADISHU UNIVERSITY (MU).

Mukhtar Muhammad Mahmoud

is senior lecturer. He holds master degree in Fundamentals of Jurisprudence. He is an expert in Islamic Jurisprudence.

Avv. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamud

is an expert in Islamic criminal law as well as family law. He has more than ten years of experience in teaching Sharia. In addition, he is qualified in compliance. He holds master’s degree in Islamic Studies from International Islamic University, Islamabad.

Avv. Mohamed Abdulle Malin

holds Master of law from Roma Tre University, Roma Italy. He is an experienced lecturer in law. His qualifications include translation of documents in Italian language and medical law.

Hassan Nur Arole

licensed lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in teaching law. He is expert in human rights, humanitarian law and legal research. He worked for international organizations as well as domestic organizations. He holds master degree from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). Currently, he is PhD candidate at EUCLID UNIVERSITY.

Abdulrazak Omar Ahmed

licensed lawyer with five years of experience. He is a talented and ambitious lawyer who possesses a vast knowledge and has a proven record of providing indispensable advice to clients and delivering positive outcomes for them. He is experienced in bank laws.

Avv. Mohamed Abdullahi Khalif

registered lawyer with seven years of experience specializing in financial services, legal drafting, legislative and contract reviews, and a demonstrated history of working in the legal advisory industry and public policy-making institutions. Skilled in Legal Reviews, Data Collection, Report Writing, Legal Research, and Legal Writing. Strong research professional with a Master of Laws in Law and Economic Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.

Mr. Osman Aded Osman

Mr. Osman Aded Osman is a legal practitioner and holds master degree (LL.M) from Islamic University in Kampala. He is experienced in human rights.

Dr. Yahye Ahmed

Dr. Yahye Ahmed is an expert in privacy and information security with over 10 years of experience. He holds a Doctorate in Information Security and has earned certifications in information security. He is a senior member of Emfa Yazilim Danismanlik A.S. in Turkey, where he specializes in Common Criteria evaluations and has provided legal counsel on data protection, information security, data breaches, and regulatory compliance. Dr. Ahmed is an accomplished author with research interests in information security law and privacy, Network Security, Malware Analysis, Cryptography, IDS, IoT, Routing Technologies, and Machine Learning. His expertise and thought leadership in the field of privacy and information security law have made him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to protect their sensitive information from cyber threats and data breaches.

Mr. Ali Nur Dirie

Ali Nur Dirie is our accounting consultant. He works as a lecturer at SIMAD University and Cheif Casher, he lives in Mogadishu, namely in the Warta nabada District. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Banking and Finance, and a Master of Science in Accounting. He delivered three separate papers, went to more than five business conferences, and received awards. His previous positions include accounting manager at S.S. Doro Textile Company, head of logistics at Dr. Sumait Hospital, secretary of the faculty of management science, secretary of the faculty of law, and accountant at Simad University.

Mr. Mahmoud Ali Adam

Mahmoud Ali Adam is Somali academic, poet, and writer. He is a prominent figure in the field of Somali literature, heritage, and culture. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the preservation and promotion of Somali literary traditions and his extensive research on various aspects of Somali culture. As a member of the Somali Academy of Sciences, and Arts, Mr. Mahmoud] has played a significant role in advancing the study and understanding of Somali literature. His dedication to preserving and promoting Somali literary traditions, as well as his extensive research on various aspects of Somali culture, has made him an invaluable contributor to the academic community and a champion of Somali heritage.

Mr. Abdirizak Osman

Mr. Abdirizak Osman Abdullahi is a former Secretary Faculty of Law at SIMAD University in Mogadishu, Somalia, where he also worked as a lecturer. Currently, Mr. Abdirizak is a master’s degree candidate at the International Islamic University in Malaysia (IIUM), specializing in Master of International Law (LL.M. International Law). His areas of expertise include Public International Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Human Rights Law. This makes him a valuable asset in the legal profession.
